RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We're sorry to hear you're not completely happy with your Cocopup order. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, we're here to help.

We offer a 30-day returns policy, so please ensure your item is returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be unused, clean, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached. Items returned worn, soiled, damaged or without tags cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense, in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

Please include a note with your name and order number inside your parcel and send it to:

Need a different size? Simply return your unwanted item and include your exchange request with your name and order number. Once we've received your return, we'll send your exchange out to you.

Please keep an eye on your emails in case we need to contact you regarding your exchange.

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless your item is faulty or arrives damaged. If this happens, please email hello@cocopuplondon.com with photographs before returning your item.

We recommend using a tracked service or obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds and exchanges are processed within 5 working days. Please allow up to 10 additional working days for refunds to appear in your account.
